Responsibilities

Candidate will perform formal verification of real-time, embedded software applications for mission-critical systems.   Candidate will assess the expected behavior, develop test cases,  perform verification, and document results against software requirements.  Candidate will work as part of integrated team located in Huntsville and Cambridge, MA.

 

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have at minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant technical area
  • Candidate must have at least 15 years of applicable experience in the development and/or testing of software for spacecraft, missiles, launch vehicles or aircraft
  • Prior experience with software engineering and test techniques is required
  • Candidate must have experience with C/C++ and have worked with real-time, embedded systems
  • The candidate must have demonstrated capability to manage technical objectives while collaborating with internal, external, and sponsor partners
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills are required
  • Some operational or flight test experience is preferred
  • Experience with software development for Guidance, Navigation, and Control algorithms is a plus
  • Candidates having previous experience on major NASA or DoD programs are preferred
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance at the SECRET level is required
