The senior level role will: participate in the proposal process; perform contract negotiations, administrate USG contracts, and interact with customers to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Principle responsibilities will include a wide range of contract activities in the Government and Commercial fields. Position will include submitting proposals, reviewing proposed terms and conditions, negotiations, monitoring performance of assignments, sponsor interface, and closeout requirements. Applicant should have a keen interest in business/contract law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
Knowledge of FAR, various other Government procurement regulations and negotiating experience required. The right applicant should have a keen interest in business/contract law, excellent communication skills, good computer literacy skills and an understanding of secure and non-traditional government environments. Familiarization and/or prior direct experience with an Enterprise-Wide Resource Planning system is desired.
Bachelor’s Degree plus 8-10 years’ USG experience required; USG Acquisition responsibilities preferred.
U.S. citizenship and some travel required.
Active Top Secret clearance required.
