In addition, the candidate will be expected to work with the business offices to apply our human performance modeling capability to customer challenges in military, space, intelligence, and commercial applications.  We employ a Model-Based Engineering (MBE) approach and work cross-functionally with system architects, simulation experts, and the integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) engineers.

Communications and interpersonal skills are highly valued in this role.  The ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with customers, engineers, managers, and other stakeholders of all relevant disciplines is a must.  Flexibility to work multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities will be required.
