Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the Dassault Systemes 3D Experience/Enovia PLM infrastructure.
  • Interface with process owners and stakeholders to identify and deliver value-added solutions supporting the engineering, program management, and finance & administration organizations.
  • Maintain systems security and integrity, taking corrective actions as necessary in compliance with company and industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation and architectural diagrams for use in the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and support of the infrastructure.
  • Provide proactive and reactive support on issues relating to the PLM infrastructure
  • Analyze and articulate the risks, benefits and opportunities associated with any change within the infrastructure.
  • Provide assistance as a secondary resource to other specialists within the PLM team.

Position Summary

The PLM Developer (3D Experience/Enovia) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Dassault Systemes 3D Experience/Enovia PLM environment. The successful candidate is a subject matter expert experienced in implementing and managing PLM environments, has a thorough knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, directory, database, and security technologies, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The position requires an individual who has demonstrated technical expertise in a 500+ user environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing PLM systems using 3D Experience/Enovia required.
  • Experience in configuration and customization of Engineering, Document Management, and Business Process modules in 3D Experience/Enovia environment required.
  • Proficiency with HTML, XML, Java, J2EE, JSPs, and Oracle DB required.
  • Solid understanding of engineering processes including CAD and BOM management; Engineering Change Management; and Issue, Nonconformance, and CAPA Management required.
  • Experience with Dassault Systemes Aerospace and Defense Accelerator suite is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with complementary solutions such as PeopleSoft ERP and IBM Planning Analytics preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Microsoft certifications highly recommended.
  • Ability to define and communicate what needs to be done and successfully drive it to completion.
  • Able to recognize, troubleshoot and resolve system problems with little supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills and a positive, goal oriented attitude desired.
  • Off-hour/on-call support is necessary. A certain degree of flexibility of schedule is required as some work (planned/unplanned) must be done outside of major production hours during pre-scheduled maintenance windows.
  • US Citizen with ability to attain a government clearance.
