The Draper Special Programs Office is seeking a Program Manager to manage projects related to National Security Space Systems. The candidate will have solid experience leading teams of innovative engineers to develop advanced technology capabilities that break through prior performance limits while managing significant technology risk. In addition to demonstrated skills in managing complex Space Programs, the ideal candidate will have a history of technical contributions and innovative solutions. The candidate should have a background in the domains of Space Situation Awareness, space protection, and resilient Space Systems. Responsibilities will include leading critical space program capture, development, planning and execution. Demonstrated management capability and experience with overall life-cycle from proposal through execution is essential. Past experience with Space Programs is required.
