We are seeking an Electronics Materials Engineer with experience in electronics device processing, modeling, and customization.
The candidate will be responsible for modeling new and existing electronic devices, their materials, fabrication process, and design rules for the purpose of achieving high reliability and environmental robustness. The candidate will model existing semiconductor foundry processes and participate in process tailoring and imposing design rules. Additionally, the candidate will participate in development of new devices, materials, processes, and design rules for a first of its kind electronic devices. All of the above will be accomplished across multiple R&D teams, internal and external foundry partners, and with state of the art modeling tools.
The ideal candidate will have an MS or PhD in Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Skills and/or experience in the following areas are sought:
-Modeling tools: TCAD, SPICE
-Transistor and Integrated circuit level process design and test
-Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a R&D team
This position will require the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance. Main requirement for a security clearance is US Citizenship.
