The Embedded Systems Division is seeking a Systems Engineer to apply systems-thinking approaches and advanced systems engineering methods to the development of sensor-based system solutions that classify data and inform critical decision-making processes. The Systems Engineer must be able to support the delivery of unique, advanced technology solutions for customer needs of ever-increasing complexity with dynamic requirements and applications.
Responsibilities include system requirements development, capture, and management, system concept development and architecting, multi-disciplinary design optimization, trade space exploration, and detailed system design and verification. The ideal candidate will employ skills to analyze and capture customer and stakeholder needs, understand and evaluate relevant technology options, and apply advanced decision-making strategies to develop innovative system solutions. The ability to communicate complex and abstract technical ideas to a broad profile of stakeholders is essential.
