The Draper Laboratory Embedded Systems Engineering Division is seeking a systems engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver robust solutions in support of Draper’s Special Projects Business Area. This business area provides technology-intensive systems for the special operations community and incorporates several technology areas including; GPS/inertial navigation for systems, miniature low power sensors, secure communications, advanced sensor solutions and advanced computing solutions.
A successful candidate will be expected to perform systems engineering and engineering task management functions as well as support business development activities and proposal preparation in the Special Projects business area. The individual will be expected to participate in a full scope of system development activities, from identification of customer and stakeholder needs, definition of concept solutions and analysis of alternatives, development planning and execution, test, and delivery.
