Responsibilities

Draper is seeking an experienced property and financial program administrator to join the Mission Assurance business area within the Strategic Systems Program Office. In this full time role, reporting to the Mission Assurance Program Manager, responsibilities include:

 

  1. Preparation of financial data including budgetary & planning reports, proposals, cost basis-of-estimates, estimates at completions, government contract deliverable financial reports, task agreements, integrated program management reports, and contract funds status reports
  2. Baselining of budgets and schedules, analysis of cost vs. budgets, proactive resolution of problem/anomalies identification, and recommendations for continuous improvement
  3. Maintenance of integrated master schedules
  4. Generation and reporting of financial metrics; collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; trend identification
  5. Generation of financial presentation material for program management and customer reviews
  6. Forecasting of new business and manpower requirements
  7. Assistance with administration of ISO 9001 requirements
  8. Interfacing with internal program office, finance, contracts, purchasing, and external subcontractor and customer organizations
  9. Property management including adherence to Government property policies and procedures, Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR), contract management, subcontractor oversight, and database management

Qualifications

 

 

The Property and Financial Program Administrator must be a highly-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. The qualified candidate must have strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. Additionally, the individual must be a self-starter and able to interface at multiple levels within the organization.  The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is a must. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to readily adapt to changing priorities are required. The candidate must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a US government security clearance. 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience working in a finance environment with familiarization of electronic financial and scheduling tools
  • Experience with Earned Value Management
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • Government Property Management experience
