    The Disbursement team includes Payroll, Accounts Payable and Travel and supports Draper, employees, and vendors by efficiently processing payments timely and accurately.



    • Processes weekly payroll activities for approximately 1,700 employees
    • Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reconciliation.
    • Manage year end W-2 and 1099 processing
    • Support the Accounts Payable, Travel or Payroll staff as needed.
    • Assist Disbursement Manager with other ad hoc activities as assigned.
    • Partner with Human Resources and Benefits to ensure a successful payroll


    • Associates degree preferred
    • More than 5 years full cycle payroll experience
    • Applied systems exposure to, Peoplesoft, ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), or relatable ERP systems.
    • The ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Effectively communicate concerns and issues.
    • Must be detail minded and organized, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to work across the organization.
    • The successful candidate will thrive in a team based environment and will share in the commitment of the organizations goals.
