This position requires strong technical talent, domain expertise, and presentation and project management skills.
A strong technical background in Computer Science, Operations Research, Machine Learning, Human-Computer Interaction, or related Analytics disciplines is required. The candidate should have a Masters or Ph.D. degree(s) in their technical field and program management/effective-leadership experiences in programs requiring advanced technologies.
The candidate must have excellent presentation, networking, and written communication skills, enthusiasm for solving challenging problems with high-performing teams, and recent experience working with Analytics Customers in either the DOD and/or Intelligence Community.
Ability to receive a security clearance is required. A recent Extended Background Investigation is a strong plus.
This position requires demonstrated skills in innovation and collaboration. The capacity to lead, influence and inspire others is essential.
