The Financial Accounting and Reporting team is part of a 40-member Finance organization that directs the accounting function and provides administrative support for Draper.  This important role reports to the General Ledger Manager and will provide critical support to the business in various accounting related areas.


Essential Functions:

  • Record journal entries related to monthly fiscal end closings.
  • Report and manage the duties related to fixed assets, pre-paid assets, and cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliation reports.
  • Provide management with audit support for all balances within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Supports management and staff with various accounting related ad hoc activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 1 – 2 years of staff accounting experience.
  • Applied systems exposure to Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Peoplesoft (Oracle or equivalent), and data query tools are strongly preferred.
