Are you an innovative problem solver? Do you enjoy immersing yourself in a system to understand and model its design and behavior? The Systems Science and Architecture group is looking for a recent college graduate with multi-domain expertise in front-end concept development, Trade Space Exploration (TSE) techniques, operations research, data analytics, Multi-Domain Analysis & Optimization (MDAO), and Multidisciplinary System Design Optimization (MSDO).
The candidate will be responsible for research and technology development tasks leveraging model-based engineering concepts and tools to represent the design and behavior of the system from initial concept through fielding of the system in its operating environment, including its obsolescence. The candidate will leverage Draper core technologies and capabilities to conceive innovative solutions for our customers across a variety of domains. The candidate will accomplish these tasks and objectives in coordination with other team members, task leads, Draper Program Managers, engineering subject matter experts, and/or representatives from the customer or end-user community. These solutions will often be cross-domain, cross-disciplinary system designs to meet the customer needs.
