Issues and manages visitor badges and maintains visitor records of arrival and departure using the Easy Lobby database and Visitor Management System (VMS).
Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing classified visits through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). Assists in providing administrative support for SIMS (Security Information Management System). Enforces appropriate internal security directives. Performs all related clerical assignments as required. Additional daily functions may include badging, security briefings execution, processing incoming and outgoing classified visits and other related items.
Emphasis is placed on presenting a professional image through a neat appearance combined with a positive and upbeat attitude. This role is the first point of contact for all visitors. Timeliness, dependability and ability to deal effectively with many and varied visitor needs.
• Manage the administration of all visitors service center tasks to include badges, database maintenance and ensure compliance related items are completed for the required access. Answers general visitor questions. Issues and manages visitor badges and maintains visitor records of arrival and departure using the Easy Lobby database and Visitor Management System (VMS).
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of Draper’s Personnel Security function for employees, contractors and consultants to include security briefings, badging actions and other related tasks. Complete and perform incoming and outgoing classified visits while ensuring accuracy.

Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, service oriented with the ability to work under pressure, be a self-starter and work well with all levels of management and staff.
Must meet requirements and be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance. A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of directly related experience.
Working knowledge of business software such as Excel, SIMS, PowerPoint and Word is required.
