    This role will be a part of a dynamic HR team supporting a busy HR Department.  They will ensure smooth transitions and the ability to swiftly grow the departments by efficiently managing HR processes and sustaining accurate and current records. The HR Operations Assistant should be flexible and able to assist their team members when needed, while also focusing on their own priorities and maintaining the appropriate balance. 

    • Support administration of employee benefits programs
    • Update employee records and coordinate changes with vendors
    • Assist in managing employee onboarding and orientation activities
    • Support department leaders in assuring business and employee needs are met efficiently and effectively
    • Assist in handling day-to-day HR inquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality
    • Provide support to the team in administering processes on an ongoing basis
    • Support annual open enrollment process
    • Reconcile vendor invoices


    • Associate's degree or equivalent
    • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Strong written and oral communication  and interpersonal skills

    • The ability to handle multiple priorities while still effectively achieving set objectives and remaining flexible
    • Drive to take initiative and work independently
    • Must maintain confidentiality of employees and company sensitive information
    • Experience working in a decentralized or matrix organization a plus
    • PeopleSoft and ADP experience a plus
