    The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will assist the Program Manager to develop, monitor and control program plans, budget(s), schedules and technical performance of multiple, concurrent projects. The DPMs role is execution focused and would include:


     Monitoring and Control of projects to insure project milestones and technical progress are executed in accordance with the project plan


     Ownership of individual MS Project schedules and the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).


     Audit weekly financial reporting to insure expenditures are in accordance with the planned budget.


     Work with the Program Administrator and Technical Director to ensure accurate and timely submission of all Monthly Project Reports (PMRs) to the sponsor by the 15th of each month


     Maintain individual project staffing plans.


     Maintain the cumulative program staffing plan with 6-month forecast of staffing needs


     Assist in generation and submission of formal proposals and white paper concepts


     Assist with management and tracking of M&S acquisitions


     Assist the PM and lab manager with Property and Inventory tracking and control


     Assist the PM in auditing compliance with government security regulations






    BS degree or above in a relevant technical field of study, preferably engineering

    3-5 plus years of experience in an engineering related field/program


    Candidates will need to be eligible and able to purse a government clearance if hired.
