    The program manager will work closely with the program director, technical teams and government customer to ensure common expectations, prioritize and direct technical development, monitor and report progress. The program manager is responsible for overall technical quality, schedule and budget for the program. The Program Manager will initially have assignments across the program may be added as the manager gains program familiarity.

    • Program Manager will be responsible for developing a strong relationship with the customer
    • Program manager will be responsible for management of deliverables to meet customer expectations within budget and schedule.
    • Program manager will prepare regular management summaries on EVMS, risks, budgets, and schedules, and present them at monthly program reviews
    • Program Manager will oversee the Technical Director, Task Leaders / Control Account Managers for each task area, and prepare yearly proposals and task products (task agreements, deliverables, control accounts, earned value status).  


    • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading cross functional teams
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proven leadership in technical project execution environment
    • Technical depth in at least one relevant area, familiarity with missile systems and associated avionics technologies a plus.
    • Technical breadth across a range of engineering disciplines
    • US Citizen
    • US DoD SECRET clearance or higher
    • Understanding of US Government contract and EV requirements 
    • Experience in contractual negotiations with commercial vendors and US Government
