Working across programs and engineering directorates, the Senior Guided Munitions Mission Architect will develop and execute a technical strategy for a portfolio of Draper solutions in guided munitions, including Army Long Range Precision Fires (LRPF). The Mission Architect will also shape development programs to address needs and identifying a path to transition the solution into use. A successful candidate will be a highly motivated strategic thinker with experience in leading complex technical programs that leverage Draper’s guided munitions technologies and model-based engineering capability.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover and address strategic technology development and business development opportunities. Execute complex assignments with minimal management direction. Mentor technical staff and development teams to successfully work to deadlines, often while successfully managing to multiple competing priorities
