    • Integral part of the proposal team, working with individuals and cross-functional groups throughout the proposal process. Examines cost estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
    • Provides assessment and input for price structure and formatting of proposals to meet internal guidelines and external requirements.
    • Works with Accounting/Sponsor to resolve disputes with outstanding invoices.
    • Creates and manages contracts and subcontracts entry and all modifications in PeopleSoft. Maintains and updates statuses to control chargeability within various departments and in accordance with contractual allowability.
    • Collaborates with Finance, Accounting and Programs to resolve ERP issues.
    • Other minor duties will be administrating the Maritime general office. These duties will be things such as, helping visitors with audio visual systems, and signing in and keeping track of visitors.  Also maintaining all computer equipment so that all computers and projects are always in working order to support all meetings held at Maritime Office.


    Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years related experience.

    Working knowledge of the FAR, DFARs preferred but not required.
