    Draper's Special Programs Sensors and Delivery office aims to deliver first-of-a-kind, end-to-end capabilities addressing the Nation’s most difficult intelligence problems. A fast-paced, dynamic environment with a broad spectrum of technical disciplines come together to produce high quality microelectronics products.

    The Program Manager will be responsible for creating, capturing and executing highly innovative programs for USG customers.

    The Program Manager will:

    • Develop personal credibility with sponsor organizations and program staff
    • Lead high-caliber engineering teams to develop advanced concepts
    • Use her/his technical background to identify and qualify potential technical capabilities that may have a significant operational impact
    • Lead proposal efforts, including the development of work statements, schedules, budgets, and technical approach
    • Manage programs to meet technical, cost and schedule objectives
    • Work effectively with a geographically distributed team and/or other collaborators
    • The candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills

    This position requires strong technical talent, domain expertise, and presentation and project management skills.

    A strong technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems or related engineering disciplines is required. 


    This position requires demonstrated skills in innovation and collaboration.  The capacity to lead, influence and inspire others is essential.

    • This position requires a minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience.
    • An active TS security clearance is required.
    • A Bachelors or Masters degree(s) in their technical field and program management/effective-leadership experiences in programs requiring advanced technologies.
