    • Manage design and construction projects within the Draper campus.
    • Create, manage and report on project schedules, budgets and status.
    • Serve as Facilities business partner to vice presidents and senior leaders within the organization.
    • Understand customer needs and priorities to help determine allocation of department resources.
    • Manage vendor relationships for installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
    • Success will require self-motivation and an ability to work with minimal supervision.  
    • A desire to learn and assume additional responsibilities is essential. 
    • Occasional night and weekend work may be required.


    • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience preferred.
    • Willingness to earn and maintain Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Project, and have an aptitude to learn other software products.
    • Experience working with building management systems preferred.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
