Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be responsible for completing various semiconductor/advanced packaging processes, according to a detailed set of process instructions.
  • Strict adherence to process instructions and documentation requirements will be expected.
  • With adequate training and limited supervision, the candidate will perform work of an essentially repetitive nature requiring highly specialized skills for production of deliverable hardware.
  • Work will be done inside a semiconductor fabrication cleanroom and cleanroom protocols will be followed.
  • The candidate will work closely with a team of engineers and skilled operators.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a two year technical school.
  • At least five years of applicable experience working in a semiconductor process/advanced packaging production facility.
  • Experience in production processes such as photolithography, chemical etching, physical vapor deposition including sputtering, plating, and metrology is required.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom practices and protocols is required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a small scale production environment is desired
