Position seeks engineer with 8+ years’ experience to work in a multidisciplinary team environment performing integration, test and evaluation of GN&C systems. The Senior Product Quality Engineer is responsible for partnering with Systems and Design Engineers to review and interpret requirements to develop Mission Assurance plans, procedures, and processes to meet sponsor program requirements. The Senior Product Quality Engineer will interact with Customers and cross functional teams in Systems, Design and Test Engineering in a matrix organization to prepare plans and requirements documents based on Draper’s established Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines. These project span from Proof of Concept, Product Development and Production to customer delivery of products. The Sr. Systems Administrator is a key member in several small to medium sized dynamic research and development environments in which they support the day-to-day activities of users, perform system maintenance, and upkeep of Information Technology and the design, development, documentation and deployment of IT solutions. The candidate will have responsibilities to support IT technology that will cover a wide array of competencies such as data administration, knowledge management, customer service, technical support, network services, system administration and systems security analysis. The Contested Environments System Analysis group is seeking a Principal Radiation Effects Engineer to support hostile and natural space radiation analysis in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). He or she will be integrated in the MDA Interceptor Knowledge Center (KC).   The Principal Radiation Effects Engineer will serve as an interface between Draper and the MDA, and so must have significant experience managing customer interactions. Candidates are also expected to have experience with radiation environment definition, effects of radiation on electronic systems, and probability of survival analysis.   The candidate will be expected to work effectively across multiple teams including engineers from various locations and disciplines. Responsibilities:     POSITION SUMMARY   Seeking a financial analyst with professional experience in financial planning, budgeting and analysis to serve as a finance business partner to several internal departments. The departments supported include highly matrixed indirect spending and/or full P&L impact. This position requires frequent collaboration with internal partners, executive & senior leadership team members, and FP&A management during budget development, variance analysis, forecasting and operational reporting.    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   - Dedicated Finance business partner to internal departments to develop budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and expense monitoring. Provide actionable recommendations that support the organization’s goals. Add insight to supported departments through enhanced reporting and financial analysis with guidance from FP&A management. - Responsible for soliciting capital budget requests from supported departments, analyzing ROI, prioritizing and presenting results to FP&A management. Once approved, track actual spending and update forecasts for future expenditures as needed. - Develop, maintain and continuously improve recurring financial reporting for senior and executive leadership. - Perform data integrity and validation during month-end close, including transactional research from financial system and source documents. This position is for a per diem security guard at Draper in Cambridge, MA. Schedule will vary week-by-week depending on the applicant’s availability and shift openings. This position has a yearly cap of 1000 hours. As Draper is open 24/7/365, available shifts will include days, nights, holidays and weekends. The ideal candidate will have good availability and desire to work at least 3-4 shifts per week.   Responsibilities: - Stand or sit at a fixed post or serve as a roving detail guard.  - Monitor CCTV and access control systems. - Monitor and respond to alarms from various systems including access control, environmental health and safety, physical plant and fire panels. - Receive and respond to emergency calls from employees. Dispatch guards, safety personnel, maintenance personnel, EMT's and HAZMAT teams as required.  - Conduct after-hours patrols of Draper facilities. Responsibilities include walking designated tours encompassing the interior and exterior of Draper buildings in Cambridge and elsewhere. This role will involve working across a multi-disciplinary team (including external and internal stakeholders) innovating new microelectronics system solutions over the full system development lifecycle. The group has multidisciplinary proficiencies in secure systems architecture, hardware security and resilience, software security and resilience, system validation and accreditation, sensor development and validation, and cryptography.   Responsibilities of this position: - Elicit stakeholder needs, define concept of operations, and identify the system context to bound the problem space that the system will address - Work with subject-matter experts across multiple engineering disciplines to define requirements & interface specifications and support program execution - Define expectations for verification & validation of requirements & interface specifications - Create cross-discipline architectures with micro-electronics focus using state of the art technologies and leveraging internal and external Subject Matter Experts - Analyze requirements & interfaces to define architectures & system designs - Maintain traceability with higher and lower-level specifications as well as system architecture & design work products - Lead a team developing and managing one or more requirements & interface specifications - Communicate with program members, program offices, and sponsors to present work to the technical and evaluation community.   A successful candidate will be motivated to build deeper expertise in both the core mission domains and underlying microsystems technology.
