The Industrial Security Manager is responsible for the daily operations, oversight, and assessment of the security shared services and assist the FSO/AFSO, which includes Personnel Security, Visitor Service Center, Document Control, Mail Services, and Classified Security Contracts (DD-254). Manage and audit records of incoming visitors to ensure government and Draper policies guidelines, background investigation program for non-employees and determine access eligibility as it relates to derogatory background investigation results. Manage the operations and records of all classified documents and media, ensure classified holdings are maintained and retained in accordance with NISPOM/DCSA regulations; these requirements involve complex and sensitive problems that determine Draper success as it relates to classified contracts and failure to meet regulatory objectives can have an adverse impact on Draper and Sponsor relations. Essential Functions: - Perform oversight of the development, implementation and evaluation of information systems security program for assigned programs in compliance with NISPOM RMF. - Research and recommend integrated security solutions for multiple classified IS with various operating systems. - Assist with design & development of integrated security solutions. - Prepare and maintain security Assessment and Authorization documentation (e.g., IA SOP, SSP, RAR, SCTM). - Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of IS security education, awareness, and training activities for users and others, as appropriate. - Apply and develop cyber security standards, directives, guidance and policies to collateral classified computing environments. - Investigate security incidents to include data spills, data integrity incidents, and malicious code incidents. - Ensure system security measures comply with applicable government policies (RMF, NIST, DISA STIGs, SCAP, DAAPM)   - Provide configuration management and accurately assess the impact of modifications and vulnerabilities for each system. - Conduct reviews and technical inspections to identify and mitigate potential security weaknesses, and ensure that all security features applied to a system are implemented and functional. - Provide support to other cybersecurity personnel for maintaining compliance with operating requirements.

As a Robotic System engineer with a focus on UAS, you will be exposed to a broad range of technical challenges where you can apply your knowledge and skills, while being involved with solving problems of national interest. In this role, you will tackle practical problems, leading as well as supporting the development of advanced robotic systems from concept through delivery, including hardware development, software development, software and hardware integration, prototype fabrication, bench testing, field testing, and customer interaction.  You will have the opportunity to engage in high-tempo flight test operations, develop and execute flight test plans, manage prototype UAS and UAS ground stations, trouble-shoot UAS hardware and software problems in real time in the field, and integrate unique payloads.   The ideal candidate must have an interest in all aspects of the development and rigorous testing of unique robotic systems. The position requires practical hands-on development and testing, and includes both laboratory and in-the-field analysis and trouble-shooting. As such, the candidate must be flexible and willing to tackle any aspect of system test, development, fabrication, troubleshooting and packaging. The ability to work well as part of a small, tightly integrated team is a requirement, and some travel is expected.   Technical responsibilities will vary depending on project needs, however example project topics include: - Project leadership on robotics and autonomous systems development efforts - System development and field testing - Hardware component design and modification using 3D CAD software and rapid prototyping - Flight controller tuning and modification - Flight test data analysis - Software/Hardware integration and bench testing - ROS implementations
