Responsibilities:     The Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) will support multiple critical Department of Defense (DoD) information systems. The ISSO ensures systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with the DAAPM, JSIG, or ICD-503. The ISSO will work with the Information System Security Manager for their assigned systems. The ISSO shall have the detailed knowledge and expertise required to manage the security aspects of an information system and, in many organizations, is assigned responsibility for the day-to-day security operations of a system. Responsibilities also include physical and environmental protection, personnel security, incident handling, and security training and awareness. In close coordination with the ISSM and ISO, the ISSO plays an active role in monitoring a system and its environment of operation to include developing and updating the SSP, managing and controlling changes to the system, and assessing the security impact of those changes.The successful candidate must be knowledgeable of information technology and security principles. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands customer service, communication, and organizational skills.  Due to the nature of this work, this job requires on-site presence in Cambridge, MA. Some travel may be required. The ISSO will: - Assist the ISSM in meeting their duties and responsibilities. The ISSO shall assume ISSM responsibilities in the absence of the ISSM; - Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and procedures as outlined in the security authorization package; - Attend required technical and security training (e.g., operating system, networking, security management) relative to assigned duties; - Maintain required IA certifications; - Ensure all users have the requisite security clearances, authorization, need-to-know, and are aware of their security responsibilities before granting access to the IS; - Report all security-related incidents to the ISSM; - Conduct periodic reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with the security authorization package; - Serve as member of the CCB, if designated by the ISSM; - Coordinate any changes or modifications to hardware, software, or firmware of a system with the ISSM and AO/DAO prior to the change; - Formally notify the ISSM and AO/DAO when changes occur that might affect system authorization; - Monitor system recovery processes to ensure security features and procedures are properly restored and functioning correctly; - Ensure all IS security-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals; and - Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented (to include any anomalies). - Conduct Audits and Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) activities using available technical and non-technical processes. - Reports Audit and ConMon findings - Execute incident response - Attends and contributes to status meetings - Manage configuration baselines of both hardware and software - Identify system architecture flaws using industry standard tools (e.g. STIG, SCAP, Nessus) that will be flowed to the ISSM for review. - Mentors and coaches jr. Engineering Tools Administrator Draper has an opportunity for an Engineering Tools Administrator.  This position is the liaison between Engineering, Information Technology Services, and external software vendors.  This person will be responsible for interfacing with the Draper Engineering community to ensure the software tools necessary to perform their work are procured and available for use.  The position will also require working with vendors to negotiate purchases, renewals, leases, and maintenance contracts.  Responsibilities - Manage the technical implementation and administration of Draper’s suite of Engineering software tools, including procurement, licensing, distribution, and tracking - Engage with Engineering staff to evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of existing tools, identify additional tool needs and tools that may be retired to eliminate unnecessary cost, and propose improvements and replacements - Collaborate with Engineering leadership to anticipate tools, licenses, and resources required for program needs and headcount growth - Develop and present an annual tool plan for budgeting purposes and adjust cost to meet the available budget - Use data analytics to develop and present metrics to show the status of software and license health - Maintain records of purchased and leased Engineering tools, including license counts, their distribution at Draper and at its subcontractors, and their expiration dates - Foster strong relationships with tool vendors to obtain formal quotes for new purchases, maintenance renewals, and leases, negotiate the terms of those deals and initiate and submit purchase requisitions per the documented tool plan - Supervise the receipt and distribution of product, licenses, and software, and authorize invoice payments for received tools and licenses

The Systems Integration & Test Division within the Systems Engineering directorate is seeking a Group Leader to lead our Contested Environments Integration & Test Group. The Division serves as the system integrator for technologies and product lines developed using Draper's core capabilities. The Division plans, executes, and manages I&T activities starting from early test concept development through system certification. This includes functional simulation, technology maturation, system and sub-system integration, verification and validation (V&V), performance evaluation, and acceptance testing. In addition, the Division leverages multi-disciplinary engineering expertise and collaborates with front-end Systems Engineers and the Digital Engineering & Enabling Technologies Division to establish clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements, inform and drive system concepts, architectures, and designs to promote testability, and utilizes resident expertise and lessons learned to support the development of highly reliable, robust, and complex systems.    Responsibilities   The primary focus of the Contested Environment Integration & Test Group is to conduct component, subsystem, and system testing in challenging environments, primarily focused on radiation environments. The group works across all areas of Draper to ensure that we deliver survivable systems to our customers that will meet their most challenging mission needs.   The Group accomplishes their work through a combination of rigorous test planning and preparation combined with offsite testing. This testing occurs throughout the development lifecycle, starting with early characterization testing and continuing through lot acceptance testing of production systems.   The Group Leader is responsible for leading and managing a group of approximately 10 - 15 engineers who have technical and domain expertise related to the group’s focus areas and can provide the highest level of support to our customers. Responsibilities:     POSITION SUMMARY   Seeking a financial analyst with professional experience in financial planning, budgeting and analysis to serve as a finance business partner to several internal departments. The departments supported include highly matrixed indirect spending and/or full P&L impact. This position requires frequent collaboration with internal partners, executive & senior leadership team members, and FP&A management during budget development, variance analysis, forecasting and operational reporting.    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   - Dedicated Finance business partner to internal departments to develop budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and expense monitoring. Provide actionable recommendations that support the organization’s goals. Add insight to supported departments through enhanced reporting and financial analysis with guidance from FP&A management. - Responsible for soliciting capital budget requests from supported departments, analyzing ROI, prioritizing and presenting results to FP&A management. Once approved, track actual spending and update forecasts for future expenditures as needed. - Develop, maintain and continuously improve recurring financial reporting for senior and executive leadership. - Perform data integrity and validation during month-end close, including transactional research from financial system and source documents. A specifically trained mechanic in the trade of operating, servicing and troubleshooting, H.V.A.C. & steam boiler systems. Will be requested to service steam, hot water, (heat exchanger), chilled water, refrigeration systems, air handling equipment, VAV mixing and volume boxes, humidification systems and related electrical and pneumatic controls including D.D.C. Direct Digital Control Systems. Investigate hot or cold and humidity complaints, diagnose problems and implement solutions. Maintain entire pneumatic control system from air compressors to thermostat inclusive, replacing defective components as needed. Maintain P.M. Schedule on all mechanical equipment to include punching chiller and boiler tubes on annual basis. Check, clean and maintain water tower and associated water treatment system. Perform proper testing and addition of required chemicals. Keep records of testing. Maintain steam system; maintain boilers (gas fired) to include all chemistry for closed loop service; perform boiler efficiency tests. Troubleshooting all associated controls for sequence programmed operation. Maintain all associated equipment to boiler (Boiler feed pumps - feed tank and condensate return pumps). Break down entire boiler and components to inspect, clean, repair, replace, refractor fire box for any and all necessary maintenance.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of programs in support of customer’s missions and requirements in Biodefense.        Responsibilities - Deliver on program commitments to our customers with strong customer satisfaction across cost, schedule, technical, management, quality, and communications. - Identify and cultivate strong customer and industry relationships, while applying deep knowledge of the biodefense market to drive growth, internal investments, and business priorities. - Develop long-term business relationships and contribute to Draper’s ability to win follow-on and new work with sponsor organizations (e.g., DARPA, DTRA, JPEO, BARDA, ARPA-H, IARPA, others) - Support the delivery of a 5-year Integrated Business Plan and subsequent Annual Operating Plan (funding, revenue, and operating profit) to include accurate quarterly forecasts with balanced risk and opportunities. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of government customers. 

The Draper Program Finance organization is looking for a Senior Program Finance Analyst that will support our Navy Strategic Systems business area. In this important role, the analyst will be part of a high-performing Finance organization and a member of the business team working on the world’s most accurate and reliable guidance, navigation & control systems; radiation-hardened electronics; precision sensors and cyber resilience to drive mission success. Draper Program Finance collaborates with our internal and external customers as the business partner of choice to ensure they have the financial acumen, accuracy, and dedicated support to execute significant contracts in support of national defense.   Responsibilities:     The successful candidate will have an analytical approach, a customer focus, strong attention to detail, and will provide superior service to internal partners.   The responsibilities for this role include the following:   Program Performance Support and Reporting:   - Partner with the Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and Scheduler to meet program objectives and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget utilizing Earned Value or related processes - Bridges information and structures from the proposal to support program/contract set up and to initiate baseline development activities - Partners with CAMs and PM in developing the program cost baseline - the execution budget/Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), and supports updates/changes as required, for programs with and without Earned Value requirements), in applicable tools (ERP or Cobra) - Leads program cost and schedule performance and/or Earned Value Management, internal and external reporting for the program (IPMR, IPMDAR, or PMR metrics as applicable) - Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to analyze performance variances to budget and aid in recovery plans as needed - Helps quantify and analyze impacts of program-level Risks & Opportunities to the baseline cost, schedule, and the EAC regularly - Partners in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / and ensures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers) - Leads CAMs with the timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, processing time-phased estimate to complete updates, and EAC package support   Program Financial Planning and Reporting:   - Leads the program level time-phased plan of cost by month, by element of cost, and the associated fee to support an overall program level view of revenue for forecast, budget, and 5-year planning processes - Provides the financial data inputs, analysis, and applicable variance narrative for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) - Helps lead the development of the messaging of financial information in PMRs and QBRs - Supports financial deliverables for site operations as needed - Collaborates with Program Management and Billings teams to drive timely invoicing and actively support collection of customer receivables - Actively evaluates and communicates the status of program financials (using MOCAS), including the status on funding, and is the disposition of funding that is subject to cancellation. - Collaborates with the program team on contract modifications (as needed) and contract closeout activities - Supports ad hoc tasks, special projects, and internal and external audits as required
