Responsibilities:     The Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) will support multiple critical Department of Defense (DoD) information systems. The ISSO ensures systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with the DAAPM, JSIG, or ICD-503. The ISSO will work with the Information System Security Manager for their assigned systems. The ISSO shall have the detailed knowledge and expertise required to manage the security aspects of an information system and, in many organizations, is assigned responsibility for the day-to-day security operations of a system. Responsibilities also include physical and environmental protection, personnel security, incident handling, and security training and awareness. In close coordination with the ISSM and ISO, the ISSO plays an active role in monitoring a system and its environment of operation to include developing and updating the SSP, managing and controlling changes to the system, and assessing the security impact of those changes.The successful candidate must be knowledgeable of information technology and security principles. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands customer service, communication, and organizational skills.  Due to the nature of this work, this job requires on-site presence in Cambridge, MA. Some travel may be required. The ISSO will: - Assist the ISSM in meeting their duties and responsibilities. The Systems Integration & Test Division within the Systems Engineering directorate is seeking a Group Leader to lead our Contested Environments Integration & Test Group. The Division serves as the system integrator for technologies and product lines developed using Draper's core capabilities. The Division plans, executes, and manages I&T activities starting from early test concept development through system certification. This includes functional simulation, technology maturation, system and sub-system integration, verification and validation (V&V), performance evaluation, and acceptance testing. In addition, the Division leverages multi-disciplinary engineering expertise and collaborates with front-end Systems Engineers and the Digital Engineering & Enabling Technologies Division to establish clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements, inform and drive system concepts, architectures, and designs to promote testability, and utilizes resident expertise and lessons learned to support the development of highly reliable, robust, and complex systems.    Responsibilities   The primary focus of the Contested Environment Integration & Test Group is to conduct component, subsystem, and system testing in challenging environments, primarily focused on radiation environments. Break down entire boiler and components to inspect, clean, repair, replace, refractor fire box for any and all necessary maintenance.

Responsibilities At Draper, we develop and field technological solutions to meet our customer's most challenging problems.  By combining our in-depth scientific expertise with our proven applied engineering capabilities, we offer our teams the opportunities to create novel solutions that make a difference.  We are actively seeking an associate program manager with a diverse set of skills to help drive program execution excellence in our Navy Strategic Systems Program Office.  The focus of this position is master planning and scheduling.  If you are ready to make an impact and have a strong desire to serve the nation's security, please consider this opportunity.  The selected candidate is accountable for: - Supports the project management team in the planning and execution of research, development, production, test, and sustainment of our Nation’s Strategic Deterrent systems. - Assists in the execution of projects by monitoring project status and providing program status updates to include completion of routine project management reviews, customer status reports, and other project documentation. - Maintains action items list and problem tracking systems, and in support of the program manager, works with the Program team for updates and resolution development. - Assists proposal development teams in the development and delivery of project proposals to external customers and ensures adherence to the Draper proposal process. - Supports the program manager with the management of large-scale contract vehicles (BOAs, IDIQs, OTAs). Coordinates participation in annual meetings, opportunity reviews, and other activities. - Create and maintain a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). - Work with a cross functional team to execute recurring monthly status. - Ensure the IMS is compliant with customer requirements throughout all program phases (including commercial and government customers). - Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration. - Work directly with EVM team to meet all EVM change requests, monthly deadlines, and reporting requirements. - Interface with PMO during audits and program reviews. - Support program manager(s) to execute schedule reporting, metrics, variance analysis, and risk assessment. - Monitor and measure project progress, identify and work program-wide issues, and provide support to program/ project leadership with respect to budget impact analysis, including cost, schedule, and deliverables. - Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the IMS. - Critical path management and schedule risk assessments through scheduling digital tools.

The Draper Program Finance organization is looking for a Senior Program Finance Analyst that will support our Navy Strategic Systems business area. In this important role, the analyst will be part of a high-performing Finance organization and a member of the business team working on the world’s most accurate and reliable guidance, navigation & control systems; radiation-hardened electronics; precision sensors and cyber resilience to drive mission success.
