Reviews the FAR and DFARS for new requirements and customizes the Asset Management module to remain compliant. - Draper liaison for all Government and in-house property audits throughout the year.  Responsible for interpreting all outcomes of the audit and instituting any corrective action to ensure Draper property satisfactory rating. - Ensure the integrity of data, records, and reports required for official submission. - Responsible for maintaining the Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening Systems (PCARSS) that exists between Draper and the Government.  - Responsible for all aspects of disposition and disposal for all Draper or Government property.  This will include bid lot sales, scrap sales and demilitarization up to the level of smelting - Administer required property audits and oversight of Subcontractors control in regards to Government property. - Manage Draper’s Unique Item Identification (UID) process to ensure we remain compliant with Government audits.    Qualifications: - Minimum 5-7 years related work and supervisory experience in Government property management. - Additional Information Technology/Information Systems experience preferred.    - Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) or other professional certification by the National Property Management Association (NPMA) is preferred. - Bachelor’s degree. This position will be located in Draper Odon, IN office.  System Simulation Engineer will work independently and lead others in modeling and simulation of first-of-a-kind dynamic systems. Systems supported include spacecraft, aircraft, and underwater vehicles, both supervised and autonomous. Hands-on experience developing simulations for system conceptualization, real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulations, C/C++ software development in a Linux environment, and MATLAB/Simulink is required.  Experience leading teams in designing and implementing simulation-based system integration and test is required. An excellent working knowledge of simulation, dynamics, and control systems is necessary.
