The Classified Systems Administrator is a key member in several small to medium sized dynamic research and development environments in which they support the day-to-day activities of users, perform system maintenance, and upkeep of Information Technology, as well as provide the development, documentation, and deployment of IT Infrastructure and Operations. The Associate Director, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) provides strategic direction and leadership for Draper. The Associate Director of EHS is a key member of the Finance and Administration team and provides a wide range of EHS services to Draper. The Associate Director leads the EHS program, ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws/codes and working closely with all departments and offices to ensure that they are meeting regulatory requirements. The Associate Director develops and implements EHS training programs for employees and contractors involved with hazardous materials and equipment. The responsibilities require sound judgment, tact, and excellent oral and written communication skills. The Associate Director functions as an integral member of the Draper Crisis Response Team and leads the internal haz/mat team and EMS team.
